Make a real difference
Last year GOAL's team of 2,400 staff reached 5.4 million people with life-saving interventions. Each and every life touched brings us closer to our vision of a world where poverty no longer exists, where vulnerable communities are resilient, where barriers to well-being are removed, and where everyone has equal rights and opportunities.
We are all Global Citizens. Whether your company is looking to donate time, skills or money, your support can - and does - make a difference to lives of the world's most vulnerable people.
How will you help?
Charity of the Year
Many companies like to support a different charity each year, with their chosen organisation benefiting from a range of fundraising activities.
Are you on the lookout for a new partner?
We would love to visit your company, explain our work, and share ideas about how your fundraising can help. Our experienced team will be with you every step of the way - working closely to create a package that's tailored to organisational need.
When crisis strikes, we need partners who can provide the support we need to mobilise an immediate response. This can come in different ways: staff time, sponsored flights, emergency supplies, IT and logistics support, as well as financial donations.
Knowing we can call on you in times of crisis helps us plan an effective response.
Every second counts. Please get in touch if your company would like to become an Emergency Response Partner with GOAL.
Sponsorship & Donations
We understand that supporting GOAL is a reflection of your organisation's values and commitment to social responsibility.
Our team will work with you to create a program that supports your mission, engages your workforce and maximises impact. Depending on your company’s objectives,
we can identify potential sponsorship opportunities and help connect your company and its people to our work in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities.
Join an event
GOAL runs a series of corporate events and challenges throughout the year, providing companies across Ireland with opportunities to get involved, raise awareness and funds
for our life-saving work.
Flagship events include GOAL Jersey Day, GOAL Mile and a Duvet Day prize draw - with GOAL's first Corporate Cycle Race also taking place this year. Register your interest online and we will send you all the information and resources you need to get started.
Matched funds &
Tax effective giving
Matched giving is a great way to make employee fundraising stretch even further. It is also possible for your company to get tax back on donations over €250 - claiming a deduction for the donation as if it were a trading expense. This means a gift of €250 could reduce your corporation
tax bill by €50 (€250 x 20%).
Whether you're offering match funding or looking to make a tax effective gift, GOAL's team is ready to provide you with all the information and paperwork you need.
Payroll giving is a great way to extend your Corporate Social Responsibility programme and make it easy for your employees to become active Global Citizens. By donating a fixed amount from their monthly salaries, your team can make a very real difference to the lives of those supported by GOAL.
If your organisation chooses to contribute alongside its staff, this contribution is
tax deductible. A 'win-win' for
