The GOAL family is made up of over 3,000 GOALies from a diverse range of backgrounds, locations and disciplines. Everyday, our teams strive to support vulnerable and excluded communities in pursuit of a better world.

Combining knowledge and experience from within the humanitarian sector and many other fields, the team prioritises the safety and well being of all GOAL staff, our relationships with our partners and our work with the communities we serve.
