Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter - 6 Month FTC

 Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to join our HR team on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you will take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of hires across Ireland and our international programmes.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll partner with the business to understand their needs and hire the best talent to strengthen GOAL as a world-class humanitarian organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated to work in a mission-driven organisation.

GOAL offers flexible working with our hybrid model, we require our HQ employees to work 2 days per week from our office in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles (intake, sourcing, interview, offer and close)
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, timelines and hiring strategies
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and direct outreach to build candidate pipelines
  • Lead screening and competency-based interviews (virtual and in-person)
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the process, ensuring a professional and engaging journey
  • Manage offers, including compensation discussions and negotiation
  • Draft and refine job adverts to attract high-quality, diverse candidates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and use data to inform decisions

About You
You are an experienced recruiter who enjoys managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Confidence in direct sourcing and pipeline building
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is an advantage
  • A genuine interest in working in the non-profit / humanitarian sector
