GOAL Mile - A - Day Challenge


Looking to challenge yourself this summer?



The GOAL Mile – A – Day Challenge is a great way to get fit while raising vital funds for some of the world's most vulnerable communities.


Whether you are an experienced runner or just looking to get fit, the GOAL Mile - A - Day challenge can be tailored to suit your fitness level and personal targets.


The GOAL Mile - A - Day Challenge is looking for individuals, corporates and clubs to sign up and commit to running or walking a minimum of 1 mile a day for a month long period this summer while fundraising for GOAL. When you reach €50 raised GOAL will send you a GOAL Mile - A - Day t-shirt to help you complete the challenge.


Participants are welcome to fundraise online or offline.

    Online Fundraiser

  3. Download your fundraising pack HERE

  4. Start running!



    Offline Fundraiser


  1. Complete the sign up form below.

  2. Download your fundraising pack which includes sponsorship card HERE

    Corporate/Club Fundraising

On average a mile run can take anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes depending on your fitness level. Can you spare 7 to 10 minutes a day for a good cause? By taking part in the GOAL Mile - A - Day Challenge not only will you get fit, but you will be helping some the world’s poorest families across thirteen countries.


Your fundraising pack will include all you need to successfully complete the GOAL Mile - A - Day challenge.


Our Facebook group is our online community for the challenge. We will share reminders and tips and you will be able to keep up to date on how others are getting on to help keep you motivated.
