Whether you are an experienced runner or just looking to get fit, the GOAL Mile - A - Day challenge can be tailored to suit your fitness level and personal targets.
The GOAL Mile - A - Day Challenge is looking for individuals to sign up and commit to running a minimum of 1 mile a day for a month this summer. We are asking individuals who sign up to fundraise a minimum of €100 throughout the challenge.
To get started, all you need to do is follow these 4 easy steps:
On average a mile run can take anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes depending on your fitness level. Can you spare 7 to 10 minutes a day for a good cause? By taking part in the GOAL Mile - A - Day Challenge not only will you get fit, but you will be helping some the world’s poorest families across thirteen countries.
Your fundraising pack will include all you need to successfully complete the GOAL Mile - A - Day challenge.
